Neue Musik bringt mir immer neue Ideen für mein Plotgefüge. Das Lied „We Are The Others“ von Delain aus dem gleichnamigen Album, hat mich sehr überrascht. Zum einen fühlte ich mich an gleich zwei ältere Beiträge erinnert (Den Bardenmonolog Die letzten Elehii und Eindringling), zum anderen hat es mir gleichzeitig eine völlig unerwartete Erkenntnis verschafft. Bisher dachte ich, Sananka würde mehr dazu gedrängt, bei den Rebellen mitzumachen und hätte sich – dem Zeitpunkt in der Geschichte entsprechend – einfach in ihr Schicksal ergeben. Aber das stimmt gar nicht! Sie will etwas gegen die Ungerechtigkeit tun! Sie will in Aktion treten und endlich mal gleich den richtigen Weg gehen.
Und sie scheint sich auch sicher zu sein, dass Unterstützung von außen kommen wird, Unterstützung durch Alena; schließlich hat deren Schwester Elisa bei den bösen Machenschaften ihre Finger im Spiel.
So kann man sich als Autor doch irren …
